On the day of installation, your installers went out of their way to assist us in making sure that the set was installed properly. When they discovered that they had not brought out the DVD recorder I told them I would pick it up. Regardless, the next day they made a special trip to our home to deliver the product. The reason I am writing this is that I don't think the post card will do justice to the service I received from your staff from the moment I walked into the SLO store to the end of your people installing my TV, DVD and Table.
I cannot tell you how very much I am impressed with all of these men and the service I received from your company. Trust me, I have told all my friends and coworkers what great customer service I received from your employees.
Again, I thank you and your employees for a real treat, which seems funny to say since I spent a lot of money. But it seems that service has been removed from customer service these days and it was nice to see that some company's' and employees still feel it is a valid service.

Largely, my decision to purchase a Flat Screen was due to the friendly, informed, and most importantly, patient assistance provided by your staff at your SLO location. As I am somewhat of a demanding customer, they were quite helpful in allowing me to connect my own mini-DV deck to the different model TVs and to sample them using my own broadcast test tape with color bars, test patterns, etc. It makes me glad that I chose to shop at your small, locally owned store rather than a crowded, impersonal chain store.
